As announced in our December newsletter IMAGE is the first company in the world to obtain the DICOM-CD certificate, issued by the German Radiological Society (DRG = Deutsche Röntgengesellschaft).

The official acceptance of the certificate will take place at DRG’s booth no 21 and 22 at the European Congress of Radiology in Vienna, at 12:30 PM on Friday, March 7, 2008.

Our holding of the certificate means that you can rest assured that patient CDs created with iQ-VIEW fulfill the standard requirements for patient CDs according to the DRG and are compatible to any computer fulfilling the specific hardware requirements.

Problem description:

You have successfully installed a version of iQ-WEB with iQ-X on your server, but when attempting to view a study an error occurs, making it impossible to open the study.


Solution:

Since iQ-X is an ActiveX plug-in, it will not be available for browsers that do not support ActiveX, such as Mozilla Firefox. The solution is to use Internet Explorer.
